Are you registered in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse?

Effective January 6, 2020 all individuals that hold a Commercial Drivers License(CDL) or Commercial Learners Permit(CLP) are required to register with the Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse is a secured database used by FMCSA, State Licensing Agencies, Current or Prospective Employers, and State Law Enforcement to obtain real time information about a drivers drug or alcohol violations.
